注销 SK:Frenemy 账号
方法一:在游戏里注销(推荐,立即生效)
- 打开游戏,登录你要注销的账号。
- 进入「我的」→「账号与安全」。
- 点最下面的「注销账号」,输入密码,点「永久注销」。
忘了密码可以先在登录页点「忘记密码?」,用邮箱收验证码重设密码,再按上面的步骤注销。
方法二:发邮件申请(无法登录时)
请用你注册游戏时用的邮箱发邮件到 support@skfrenemy.com,标题写「注销账号」,正文写上你的 8 位玩家 ID(在游戏「我的」页面上方;不记得可以不写)。
为了防止别人冒名注销你的账号,我们只处理从注册邮箱发来的申请。我们会在 7 天内处理,完成后回信通知你。
注销后会删除什么
- 账号本身:8 位玩家 ID、昵称、头像、邮箱、密码
- 好友关系、好友申请和黑名单
- 你举报别人、别人举报你的记录
- 你发过的聊天消息
- 游戏内邮件和已读状态
- 隐私设置和其他账号设置
以上数据从服务器上立即删除,不能恢复。我们不会保留任何与这个账号关联的数据。服务器运行日志里可能留有账号的内部编号,日志按大小自动轮换,会在较短时间内被覆盖;数据库备份(如有)最长 30 天内删除。
注销后,同一个邮箱可以重新注册,但会是一个全新的账号。
Delete your SK:Frenemy account
Option 1: in the Game (recommended, immediate)
- Open the Game and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Me → Account & Security.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, enter your password and confirm.
If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to reset it by email first.
Option 2: request by email (if you cannot sign in)
From the email address you registered with, write to support@skfrenemy.com with the subject "Delete account" and include your 8-digit player ID if you know it (shown at the top of the Me page).
To prevent others from deleting your account, we only act on requests sent from the registered address. We process requests within 7 days and reply when done.
What is deleted
- Your account: player ID, nickname, avatar, email and password
- Friends, friend requests and block list
- Reports you made and reports about you
- Chat messages you sent
- In-game mail and read state
- Privacy and other account settings
This data is deleted from our server immediately and cannot be recovered. We keep no data linked to the account. Server logs may contain the internal account ID; they rotate by size and are overwritten shortly. Database backups (if any) are deleted within 30 days.
After deletion you can register again with the same email, but it will be a brand-new account.
